Services Provided KIWWWI LLC provides on-site computer repair, network setup, hardware diagnostics, and cabling installation. We are an independent contractor and are not affiliated with any device manufacturer or internet service provider. 3. Appointments and Scheduling The client or a designated adult representative 18 years of age or older must be present at the service location at the scheduled time. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. No-shows may be subject to a trip or diagnostic fee. 4. Pricing and Payment Service prices are as listed. Any additional charges for parts or extended labor will be quoted and approved before work begins. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include cash, card, and digital payment. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost when the repair is completed during the same visit. 5. Service Guarantee We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on labor for completed repairs. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by user error, power surges, or new failures unrelated to the original repair. 6. Limitation of Liability KIWWWI LLC is not liable for data loss. Clients are strongly advised to back up all data before service begins. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing hardware conditions discovered during service. 7. Data and Privacy During Service Technicians may require temporary access to your device to perform the requested service. Access is limited to what is necessary. We do not copy, retain, or share personal files from client devices. 8. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information about the issue, ensure safe working conditions at the service location, and disclose any known hardware issues before service begins. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the KIWWWI LLC website is the property of KIWWWI LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. 10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cook County, Illinois. 11.
